Spotlight on the Small Press: Looking for children’s comics?


Comics are a great way to get your kids to read more. Children’s comics provide an opportunity for creativity, to explore new worlds, and even to unwind after a long day at school. The Small Press Spotlight focuses on what two publishers are doing specifically for younger audiences.

The first one standing, Tap the source point introduced a “kids only” section on their website. The two titles given were Book of Lyaxia and Lady Liberty, which was particularly significant since the creators of the books reside in Florida. Both comics will be distributed throughout the school library system and used during the summer program.
