OMM Director Monica Cole wrote in an email to members, “Parents should be aware of Netflix’s deliberate LGBTQ agenda, even in its animated series aimed at younger viewers. Episodes of both Impasse: paranormal park and Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous contain blatant LGBTQ content.
According to Cole:Impasse: paranormal park (rated TV-Y7) is about ‘two teenagers and a talking pug [who] team up to battle demons in a haunted theme park – and maybe even save the world from a supernatural apocalypse,” as described by Netflix.
“In addition to its demonic storyline, one episode of the show features two teenage boys who have crushes on each other. They are encouraged by an older lesbian couple to move past the awkwardness and get to know each other. They are affectionate towards each other and end up being honest about their feelings.
Hamish Steele’s animated series based on his Dead Endia graphic novels dropped in June.
Cole continues:Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous (rated TV-PG) is about ‘six teenagers [who are] invited to participate in a state-of-the-art adventure camp on Isla Nublar [and] must band together to survive when the dinosaurs come out of captivity,” according to Netflix.
“It’s labeled as a ‘Family Watch Together TV’ program. However, the series recently included two of the main female characters confessing their love for each other, kissing and embracing. Their friends applaud their new relationship.
The jurassic park The franchise’s 5th season kicked off last week.
“It’s irresponsible of Netflix to create and present these same-sex relationships between some of the main characters in the shows,” Cole advises the members. “Parents who aren’t already aware of Netflix’s agenda, please be warned now. With such a liberal push in children’s entertainment, it’s obvious where Netflix stands. Netflix wants to be politically correct instead of offering family-friendly programming.
Cole urges moms to “TAKE ACTION: Please sign our petition urging Netflix to immediately remove LGBTQ episodes of these two animated series and cancel inappropriate programming that conservative parents find concerning. So please share with your friends and family.
The WMO petition reads: “I disagree with the demonic nature of the dark series”Impasse: paranormal park‘ or the LGBTQ content that Netflix pushes on young audiences in this series and in the ‘Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous‘ series. I urge Netflix to stay away from controversial topics and cancel’Impasse: paranormal park‘ and to no longer include the lesbian relationship in ‘Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous.’ I also urge Netflix to immediately remove LGBTQ episodes from these two anime series. I encourage Netflix to take this request seriously, otherwise families will be forced to find another streaming service to watch together.
