Cartoon Network launches “Drawn to Expression”
Cartoon Network celebrates Pride Month with the premiere of “Drawn to Expression”, the latest installment of their Attracted to series, highlighting inspiring LGBTQIA + children and families and how they express themselves and their individuality through creative outlets such as art, music and cooking.
“Drawn to Expression” promotes the power of creativity and the joy that comes with authentic self-expression. The participants featured in the episode aim to empower those around them by freely expressing who they are and sharing their experiences with others in the hope of creating a more unified and inclusive community for all.
“The Drawn to Expression” graphics were designed by Los Angeles-based illustrator and designer Caleb Boyles. All Attracted to episodes are available on CN, the CN app and on the network’s social platforms.
Cartoon Network Content Series Attracted to features new monthly vignette episodes launching throughout the year, featuring inspiring stories of real-life kids having fun and sharing common interests such as spending time with their families and helping in their communities. The series seeks to raise those voices, highlight diverse cultures, and provide insight into the passions that bring children together to celebrate oneness and connectedness in a sometimes uncertain world. Each Attracted to is produced in partnership with local artists to cultivate authentic links with the topics covered.
